A former Royal Marines Commando who misplaced his leg in Afghanistan has shared a video of himself understanding to point out that "you do not want two legs" to be match. 

Within the video, Andy Grant exhibits how he works out with out even going to the health club. "You do not want fancy fitness center gear, you do not even want two legs," says Grant. 

Grant was blown up 5 months into his tour in Afghanistan, and after spending 18 months out and in of hospital, his leg was amputated so he might have a greater high quality of life.

Since then, Grant has grow to be the world's quickest single leg amputee to run 10km, and he is climbed a few of the highest mountains on the earth.
